1.1 Underground Main Drainage System
Usage:As the “heart” of the mine drainage system, it is responsible for centrally and continuously discharging the water in the water silos at each level (middle section) to the surface. This is its core and most important duty, ensuring that the entire mine is not flooded.
Characteristics: The pumps used in this scenario are usually the most powerful, with the highest flow rate and head, and need to be extremely reliable and long-lasting in order to guarantee continuous production in the mine.
1.2 Underground local drainage or temporary drainage
Usage: set up at the digging face, the bottom of the mining area or other gushing water points, as the front stage or auxiliary of the main drainage system, firstly discharging the gushing water to the main silo, and then discharging it to the ground by the main drainage pump.
Characteristics: It may need stronger passing capacity (capable of pumping sewage containing a small amount of coal dust and rock chips) and is relatively flexible in installation and movement.
