Technical Features

The principle of a full-thru submersible electric pump is that the pump impeller is embedded in the inner cavity of the motor’s rotor, forming an integral unit with the rotor. The inner wall of the stator acts as the pump’s impeller housing, turning the inactive portion of the motor into the active part. During operation, water flows through the inner cavity of the rotor. This device retains the advantages of a submersible electric pump, such as low investment, compact structure, easy installation, low noise, and excellent heat dissipation. Because water flows directly in and out, the full-thru submersible electric pump features excellent hydraulic performance, smooth flow, and high installation efficiency.

(1) Wet-type stator structure, no need for winding sealing

The coils in the wet-type stator winding structure are made of specialized water-resistant winding wire, impervious to water immersion. This eliminates insulation safety issues caused by water leakage due to poor sealing. Reliability is significantly higher than that of existing dry-type stator submersible electric pumps.


(2) Compact Structure with Reduced Dimensions

With its small size and compact structure, the axial dimension is nearly halved compared to traditional dry-type submersible axial flow pumps. Lightweight design with 40% reduction in metal consumption enables rapid installation. Supports diverse engineering applications including vertical, horizontal, and inclined configurations, simplifying pump station structures. Particularly suitable for dual-purpose pumping stations combining irrigation and drainage. Horizontal through-flow installation is primary, though inclined or vertical mounting is also feasible. This project employs horizontal gate installation.

(3) The efficiency of the pump assembly has been significantly improved.

Water flows through the system with minimal bends and irregular pipe configurations, resulting in uniform velocity distribution and smooth flow patterns. Localized losses are greatly reduced, and the short flow path further minimizes flow losses, leading to a marked increase in assembly efficiency.
